Thanks for posting your concern.

Based on this document, a refresh token will indeed expired in 7 days if issued 
by a Google Cloud Platform project with an OAuth consent screen configured for 
an external user type and a publishing status of "Testing".

However, I am afraid that refresh token related concerns are outside of our 
expertise already. With this, I would suggest posting your question here to get 
support from the team that is more equipped to provide support to this question.
