Hi,

The AuthorizationError.USER_PERMISSION_DENIED error indicates that the OAuth2 
credentials you are using does not have access to the clientCustomerId 
specified in your API request header.

To resolve this, you will need to generate your OAuth2 credentials using a 
user/email address which has access to the clientCustomerId.

If the issue persists, you may provide the email address you used, and the 
complete SOAP request and response logs, so our team can investigate further. 
You may then send the requested details using the Reply privately to author 
option.
