Hi Markus, The Google Ads servers try to match the conversion with the phone call, and they typically try for a certain window of time before giving up and raising an error as you mentioned. The actual limit of that wait time is not documented externally, and it is unlikely that we will do so, since it is an internal implementation detail. The API server does nothing different; internally both the UI and the API send their request to the same server and hence has the same behaviour.
