Unfortunately, InvoiceServices, as stated on its documentation site: https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/billing/invoice is only available for clients with monthly invoicing enabled.
This, however, does not solve the problem for a great many other clients who have no choice but to pull the PDF directly from the Google Ads account. It would be a much needed improvement if at least the PDF invoices could be pulled from these accounts using the Google Ads API. This would save countless hours of pointless clicking around to get the latest invoice PDF for all active accounts.
