Since you've confirmed that you're setting the membershipLifeSpan to 10000, this list shouldn't expire. However, according to this guide (Customer Match considerations), for privacy purposes, the user list size will show as zero until the list has at least 1,000 members. After that, the size will be rounded to the two most significant digits. To also better check this on our end, it would be best if you can provide us privately (via Reply privately to author option) the complete SOAP logs (request along with the requestId and response) that were generated when you uploaded the audiences.
