Hi Maria, Thank you for reaching out. There isn’t any direct mapping between the AdWords API and the Google Ads API for these fields. However, you could look them up from each API and compare them. For the AdWords API, you could look up AdvertisingChannelType, AdvertisingChannelSubType and AdGroupType. For the Google Ads API, you could look up campaign.advertising_channel_type, campaign.advertising_channel_sub_type and ad_group.type.
