You may refer to this document as it shows which criteria is available for 
specific campaign types and entities.

As for the error that you've mentioned, it appears that it is not related to 
the issue of compatibility between the criteria and entities' types. This is 
related to the resource that could not be found because of the incorrect IDs 
that were set in the resource name field.

With this, so that I can further investigate, could you provide the customer ID 
and the complete request and response logs (with the request-id) generated on 
your end where we can also see this error? Please provide it via Reply 
privately to author option.
