Moving forward, the account specified in your API request header is not the 411-3XX-58XX account and instead another account which I have highlighted below : <v20:RequestHeader> <v201:clientCustomerId>9054XX16XX</v201:clientCustomerId> That being said, so our team can investigate the main cause of the issue you are encountering, could you share the complete SOAP request and response logs that returned API errors? Please also provide the step by step actions you took and when the (Unable to connect to MCC) issue was encountered. This would greatly help our team troubleshoot the issue.
