Thank you for your follow up.

For every resource name returned by the listAccessibleCustomers, you may then 
perform a follow up request (use the customer_id from the resource name) using 
the CustomerService.GetCustomer request to retrieve the customer details you 
are looking for.

The login-customer-id should be the account ID of the MCC/manager account which 
you are authenticating as. I would recommend that you also consider using the 
get account hierarchy example as this should return the list of accounts 
associated to a specific MCC/manager account.
