Moving forward, there is currently no API feature to look up if a refresh token has expired. An error would be returned automatically in such an event. I would also recommend that you check out this guide on the possible reasons why your refresh token might expire. Regarding the Error 403: org_internal, our team is unfamiliar with the link that you provided. If you have concerns on how to generate your credentials and is encountering errors doing so, I would recommend that you reach out to the Google API Console support team instead via this link for further guidance.
