Hi Thomas, Thank you for bringing this question to our attention. The best way to gain access to the clients Google Ads Account is for them to either create a developer token and OAuth credentials for you. Which can then have the access that is requested, or to change the access on the account that you have. This of course would also need to be done by the Admin of the account.
