The PERMISSON_DENIED error usually indicates that the OAuth2 credentials your are using does not have access to the accounts specified in your API request. That said, could you provide the user/email address that you used and also the complete request and response logs, with the request-id, that was generated when the said error occurred? You may then send the requested information via the Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, you may send the details directly to our googleadsapi-supp...@google.com alias instead.
