The INTERNAL_ERROR occurs when something unexpected happened while processing 
the request or API isn't functioning correctly due to a bug. This is transient 
in nature so the API requests will work again when you retry it after 30 or 
some times. This is also the possible reason why only small number of reports 
is encountered on your end.

However, if this error occurs frequently on your, then please provide the 
complete request and response logs with request ID generated on your end where 
we can see the error so that we can investigate. Please provide the requested 
details via Reply privately to author option.

Furthermore, I noticed that you are using v6 API version which is already 
deprecated according to this document. With this, I would suggest to upgrade to 
the newest version already.
