Thank you for the response back. Just want to start by letting you know that we 
mostly deal with the technical side of the API and are happy to help you with 
this. The fact that when you run the PolicyTopicEntries query and get nothing 
would indicate to me that there is something else that is causing this to be 
disapproved. For this we are unable to help. This is why I suggest that you 
reach out to our Product Support Team . As they will be able to look more into 
the ad itself, which we can not do.
