The concern that was initially posted on this forum post is related to what was discussed on this document. Their ad group assets have zero impression, however, zero impressions are always excluded when segmenting a report, provided all metrics are zero. This is the reason why they are getting an empty report. However, so that I can check if you are experiencing the same issue, please provide also the complete request and response logs with request ID generated on your end? You can provide it via Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, then send it instead on this email address googleadsapi-supp...@google.com.
