To investigate the issue, could you provide the complete request and response logs with request ID generated on your end to check if the API request encountered any errors that causing some of the members to not include in the customer list? If you haven't enabled the logging of the API transactions for the Python client library that you are using, then you can follow this guide. You can provide the requested details via Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, then send it instead on this email address [email protected]. If there is no error, then it appears that you encountered one of the possible reasons discussed on this document about small list size. I would suggest to apply the recommendation discussed there.
