Hi there,
Question about the LIKE operator for filters. I have the following query:
SELECT metrics.clicks FROM campaign WHERE metrics.impressions > 0 AND
campaign.name LIKE "%Gene[%" AND segments.date >= '2021-09-01' AND
segments.date <= '2021-09-30'
When I put that query into the Query generator it states it's a valid
query, but when I send it to the API I get the following error:
Error: 400 - {"error":{"code":400,"message":"Request contains an invalid
argument.","status":"INVALID_ARGUMENT","details":[{"@type":"type.googleapis.com/google.ads.googleads.v8.errors.GoogleAdsFailure","errors":[{"errorCode":{"queryError":"INVALID_VALUE_WITH_LIKE_OPERATOR"},"message":"Value:
%Gene[% is invalid. The LIKE operator may only be used with non-empty
strings of valid Google SQL syntax."}],"requestId":"<REDACTED>"}]}}
Is there anything I might be doing wrong here?
