Please send the requested screenshot via the Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, you may send the details directly to our googleadsapi-supp...@google.com alias instead. As an aside, according to this guide, the final URL represents the actual landing page for your ad, keyword, or sitelink. The final URL must be the URL the user sees in the browser bar after clicking your ad: It must not have any off-domain redirects. If this is what you're looking for, you can utilize the ad_group_ad.ad.final_urls instead.
