Hi Ryo, The AdGroupAdStatus that you are referring to indicates the status of the ad entity in your account, and is not related to the ad's approved/disapproved status. To retrieve the approval status, you will need to refer to the policy_summary (AdGroupAdPolicySummary) instead.
This should also be available in the ad_group_ad report through the ad_group_ad.policy_summary.approval_status field. I hope this helps.
