Since you mentioned that a production developer token is the only one working for you when accessing an account, it seems that the account that you're trying to access is not a test account. You may refer to this link to learn more on the access levels of developer tokens and the type of accounts that they can access. You can refer to the instructions in the same link if you want to apply for a higher access level. If you think the developer token is not the issue, please provide the complete request and response logs with request ID where you can retrieve data as well as the complete request and response logs where you are encountering an issue so I can further investigate. You may send these to me via Reply privately to author option.
