Hi Radosław, I checked in the UI's campaign screen and couldn't find segmentation of invalid clicks based on device. Can you send us a full screen screenshot wherein the UI segments campaign invalid clicks by device? You can follow up with product support as the Ads API can only be a conduit for the product, just like the old AdWords API is a conduit for the old product UI.
