Could you confirm if what you want is to implement Google Ads API application so that advertisers using it can get the data and statistics of ads and keywords of their account. If yes, then you may refer to this document to setup your API environment which includes setting up of the client libraries. Then, you can use the keyword_view and ad_group_ad to get the information that you are looking for.
