Hello, Thanks for your patience on this inquiry. Both MutateMembers and RunOfflineUserDataJob complete data validation and the upload. However, the matching process is done independently of these two services. You may see an in-progress status in the UI even when these jobs have finished. For example, it can take 48 hours for these uploads to fully process (more on this, here).
