I would recommend that you use the Google Ads Query Builder and Query Validator tools for constructing queries. Upon checking, apparently it is valid to include the fields you mentioned. Below is an example query from the above tools : SELECT segments.device, keyword_view.resource_name, ad_group_criterion.criterion_id, metrics.conversions, metrics.cost_micros, metrics.clicks, metrics.impressions FROM keyword_view.
