You can refer to this section of our API limits and quotas guide for more information on the FILTER_HAS_TOO_MANY_VALUES error and its possible causes. In the said section, it states that "When making a GAQL query, the maximum number of items within clause is 20,000. If you exceed that limit, a FILTER_HAS_TOO_MANY_VALUES error is returned.". Can you send the complete GAQL along with the complete request and response with request-id. If you haven't enabled logging yet, please do so and it can be enabled by navigating to the Client libraries > Your client library (ex. Java) > Logging documentation, which you can access from this link. Kindly please reply privately author option.
