We currently do not have a code example specific to what you are looking for. However, you should be able to use the AdGroupCriterionService.MutateAdGroupCriteriaRequest, and using the update operation, to pass the new value for the cpc_bid_micros. You may also reach out to the client library owners via this link (see links under the Source column), and through the Issues tab of their respective Github pages for further guidance on the code implementation.
