GenerateHistoricalMetrics <https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/reference/rpc/v10/KeywordPlanService?hl=en#generatehistoricalmetrics> should contain keyword_plan. i want get metrics (cpc,volume and etc.) without pass keyword_plan to request
