So our team can take a closer look and investigate the missing rows / values, could you also share the complete request and response logs (with the request-id, and login-customer-id used) generated when the reports were called? Also, could you confirm if you have also tried generating a similar report using the Google Ads UI and did the UI report return similar results or were the results more complete? You may reach out to the Google Ads Product Support team, via this link, to confirm which UI report can be used for shopping statistics. In the event that the UI records are also more complete, you may then provide the complete screenshot of the UI report to our team. If you haven't yet, logging can be enabled by navigating to the Client libraries > Your client library (ex. Java) > Logging documentation. You may then send all the requested information via the Reply privately to author option.
