Hi Darren, An internal error doesn't have to be because of the code you are using and the experts on client library code can be reached via issue tracker. Could you privately send us the 'DEBUG'' log level request and response log of API communications that brings this error?
The request and response appears similar to the JSON Mappings in our REST documentation with additional headers and information such as request Id. Here's how to turn on logging.
