I can see that you are encountering a different product item Id between web interface and API result. To further investigate this we will be needing the complete logs within the format of the request and response logs with request-id and login-customer-id that generated on your end. This information will help our team to check better why this is happening. However, if you haven't yet, logging can be enabled by navigating to the Client libraries > Your client library (ex.
