I completely understand the situation that you mentioned that you can't access 
the keyword plan in the UI even though it is successfully created in the API. 
However, based on your description that issue is more on the UI. With this, I 
am afraid that this is outside of our scope already. That said, I would suggest 
raising your concern to the Product team instead via this link as the UI 
related issues / concerns are within their scope.
