Moving forward to the "PENDING_UPDATE_PROPOSAL_EXISTS" error that you encountered, could you try and perform a request using the account_budget_proposal resource and check whether there is indeed another proposal with an account_budget_proposal.proposal_type = UPDATE that is already existing? You may send to our team the generated request and response logs, and request-id, via the Reply privately to author option or via our googleadsapi-supp...@google.com alias if the private reply option is not available.
