To be honest here with you, SQL is not on the list of client libraries being used in Google Ads API. Please check this link for the client libraries which are supported by Google Ads API. Since, you are using BigQuery, what we can do also is to advise you to reach out to the BigQuery support team regarding this concern because they are more equipped with regard to this concern.
