Sure, I don't have a preference, either way is fine with me, just as
long as there is some way to easily get the minutes and agenda.

Hey Martyn, Tzu, would you be fine w/ keeping the tech and publicity
cabal meeting minutes all on one page, similar to how the release
cabal does it? Can see the site wiki getting unwieldy if every cabal
creates a new page for each meeting minutes.
If that one page starts getting unwieldy, we can create a second page
for historical meeting minutes for each of the cabals.
