I specified a provider type id that was out of range and it wasn't pinned to vsphere. So that issue has been addressed.
But the error message, "Provider URL Must be a valid provider uri", isn't accurate. The message should say that there was a problem with the provider type id.
This should be corrected. So nack for now.
