Hi, this patch fixes a problem with restarting stopped RHEVM instances. You can reproduce the bug only with RHEL setup (with old deltacloud-core). Reproduction steps: 1. start a deployment with single instances 2. stop this deployment 3. you should see on deploymnt's history page that the instance was started again
