As a thought, which version of Aeolus, and on which OS? If it's Aeolus 0.10.x, then it's possible it's not your fault. Aeolus 0.10.x series has known flakiness around temporary admin user tasks. :( In theory, that flakiness shouldn't be present in later (upcoming) releases.
