Gemfile.lock and rpm spec?

It isn't, I thought new-enough openstack rpm doesn't exist yet. Will
send a patch for it before I push this.

Actually I don't think we should have dependency on openstack rpm - it's deltacloud-core what requires this gem/rpm so it should have this dependency. This looks like a dc-core dependency bug (-> ccing Michal).
