Good God, man -- know you not the difference a restrictive clause and a

Huh?

And thus the difference between proper and improper uses of
'which' and 'that' and the needed employment of commas to indicate
non-restrictive?

First it was "impactive" and now it's "restrictive" and what-all. You're being quite detective, aren't you! And what's this "needed employment"? Are you trying to insinuate some political plan to stem the rising number of unemployment claims?

I'm afraid that, if you continue this grammatical misbehavior, much as I hat
to do it I shall have to call in Michael!

I'd tip my hate to you, if I wore one.

(Forgive me for not being more excoriating, but I am writing this posting in
haste.)

Don't you mean, "for not being more excoriative"?
