I believe that long life comes from a healthy, active and happy young

There's not luck involved. Longevity comes from all the toxic
solvents and lethal heavy metals that constitute a large part of a
painter's supply of raw materials. What do writers have, graphite?
That's nothing more that sequestered carbon, ostensibly good for
