Hmmm, starting to let my parsimonious nature win out...

I had a pota-potty in my mobile shop. Over time the grit under the bottom of
the holding tank wore a hole in the tank. NOT FUN! And cleaning the damn thing
was a pain!

I have a five gallon bucket with a BLACK trash bag with some cedar chips in the
bottom that we keep in the back of the Subaru for the kids (and us if needed)
Cleanup is a snap! You can even pickup a toilet seat that snaps to the top.

For some reason this thread reminds me of a buddy that got caught in a grid

debated whether to go in the truck or out in traffic.

  He chose out in traffic.

  That's recklessly redneck.

Be real careful with those cut pieces of glass, a trip to the toilet could
have long term consequences.

My cad converted a schoolbus to a camper when we were kids, after looking
through all kinds of options, the quickest most managable solution was a bucket
with a thick garbage sack and a toilet seat fastened to it. quick cleanup. no
plumbing, easy peasy
