One of the selling points for Ubiquiti investors is low tech support costs due to support being primarily through the forum and therefore aided by the community.

I don't think there's a public number for support. I think the forum is where you're supposed to go.

Their e-mail tech support asks a question and then takes hours to reply - it's been days without much progress. I am not asking for super-fast support, but we'd like someone who can look at our case more than twice a day.
