Brace arms are attached with regular bolts. U bolts hold the vertical antenna mount to the plate that the arms attach to.

I thought from the image that the brace arms were attached with u bolts
and so were adjustable to make up for different angles/distances between
studs, must have seen that wrong...

Adjustable length support arms help when you are trying plumb the mast/hit a stud.
Roof trusses are sometimes 2' on center. (at least on my house they are)

Baltic has an add-on tray that bolts onto an existing non-pen mount to make it a ridge mount. It's just a few more pieces of angle iron.

I've added that tray onto a Rohn non-pen just by drilling a couple of new bolt holes in the corners of the Rohn. Otherwise the dimensions were close enough. On a Rohn the mast ended up not plumb, but on a shallow pitched roof it was good enough. If you bought Baltic's whole assembly then you'd have a u-slot to adjust a 3rd leg on the nonpen mount to bring it to plumb.

I'm not saying you should or shouldn't do a ridge mount, but these products do already exist at decent prices and I can't picture what differentiation there would really be. </negativityMode> Maybe yours would be more expensive than Baltic, but more rugged and cheaper than Baird?

Are people asking for a flat roof non pen, or a peak (ridge) mount? It’s not hard to find a good, relatively inexpensive flat roof non pen (Rohn and Nello have lots of variations), so I’m kind of assuming people want a peak mount?

Baird makes nice ones, but they aren’t cheap.

Been asked for a non pen version. Seems like there are tons of them out there.

Is there a need for a particular configuration that you can’t find?

This is designed to be able to support a 2-3’ diameter licensed microwave dish.

Roof mount.

Getting close to making some prototypes.

Any suggestions or critiques?
