There's a British newspaper/website that always refers to Google as the 
Chocolate Factory.  Why?  Is this a Willy Wonka reference?  Again, why?  Not 
sure if this is meant as positive or negative.  British sense of humor is 
sometimes difficult to understand.

In the beginning, cities were tripping over themselves to be next because 
fiber! and Google! Once that stopped happening then things got real.
