I take these articles with a huge grain of salt. It's hard to trust these anonymous sources. They're very often wrong. Just go look at articles about Tesla on their production and financial performance and see how far off these sources are when the official numbers come out.
Same thing with many other companies and speculative articles written about them. I definitely believe the deal is happening though.
