I would also if his rain area permits.    Suggested HD for more 9’s.

Cheapest non-5ghz solution would be Mimosa B24's, but AF24's would work a bit 
better at that distance. I would use regular AF24's instead of AF24HD's, 
because at the price of the HD, you might as well just go with an AF11 link.
