That is the Bay Area tho so you’ve got the pop density to fund it if you do a large buildout. This is a good example of why WISPA was advocating for census tracts instead of whole counties. I’d hate to see what LA, Orange or San Diego counties are going for. They are all large in size and a lot of population.
