I believe the answer is yes. You can use the same Cambium 65W AC powered POE with both, and I believe we have powered PTP820S with +56V at a DC site using Chuck's CAT6-POE-APC inserters using a standard 802.3 powering scheme on all 4 pairs.
I would not however assume that the internal designs are the same between PTP820 and PMP450 because they are both from Cambium, the PTP820 is actually a Ceragon design.
