In the FSK days, PTP series did their own sync details based on link
distance and didn't fully sync to the APs. I suspect that that remains -
most importantly, even if there was sync between the PTP450I and PMP100 AP,
I understand that in your case the PTP slave and AP are co-located so the
sync in your situation would be "reversed" - the PTP master would tx at the
same time as the AP, but that would mean that the PTP slave (co-located
with the AP) would transmit at the exact opposite time as the AP. Being in
the same band, that would be a risk of interference, so the best that you
could do would be frequency isolation (opposite ends of the spectrum) and
physical distancing of the antennas / higher-isolation antennas.

I do not know if the PTP450I slaves will output sync over the timing port
like the FSK PTP slaves did, but since basic timing-port GPS sync devices
from Cambium / Packetflux cost $100-300 I would normally just suggest
getting one of those.
