I think I have bought from each of them once, several years ago. I think I bought some Eltek gear from KGP. They were both pretty easy to work with so I think you could just call and ask for a sales rep. I don't have an extensive track record or contacts with either of them.
Actually I think one of my customers had a girlfriend who worked for Alliance, she kept trying to sell me Ubiquiti stuff.
